New Zealand has strict laws regarding the care of international students.  Middleton Grange International College is bound by these laws.  "Contracted Care Providers and Accommodation Agents" accept responsibility on behalf of parents.  "Contracted Care Providers and Accommodation Agents" must work as part of a team for the welfare of students.  Having a "Contracted Care Provider and Accommodation Agent" is compulsory.
